What this tool calculates
Ingredient grams = flour grams × baker’s percentage ÷ 100. Total weight is the sum of all ingredient weights. To scale, each weight is multiplied by target total ÷ current total. Display values are rounded; the calculation retains full precision.
Added-water percentage excludes water present in eggs and milk. The tool does not calculate final loaf weight, nutrition, proving time, food safety, allergy suitability or a validated substitution.
